Mill test verification versus coordinate logs

Every structural alloy billet processed in our Ryde workshop carries verified Australian mill test certificate traceability. Prior to dispatch, post-machining dimensional coordinate logs are cross-referenced against client CAD data to eliminate micro-deflections before operational deployment.

Our documented non-conformance quarantine procedures guarantee zero dimensional drift across commercial transport lines. Rejected tolerances are isolated immediately, ensuring only certified components reach final assembly.
